Track who is subscribed to which package and review billing-related details.
Location: Dashboard → Admin → Subscriptions
URL: /dashboard/admin/subscriptions
Permission: subscriptions.view_any
The index lists active and historical subscriptions with user, package, status, and dates. Open a row for the detail view.
The detail page shows:
Use this screen for support: confirming whether a user paid, which plan they are on, or when a period ends.
SaaS package orders from checkout appear on subscription detail and in Overview revenue metrics. There is no separate orders admin screen.
Users manage upgrades through Billing in their dashboard. Provider webhooks update subscription state; ensure Payment Gateways webhooks are configured in production.
